An internal linking tool finds places on your own site where a link to an important page belongs. This one reads your real pages and looks for the exact places your keyword is already mentioned without a link, so adding the link is a two-minute edit rather than a rewrite.
How it works
- Enter the page you want to rank and the keyword it targets.
- We read your site: up to 100 pages from your sitemap, checking each for the keyword and for an existing link to your page.
- Add the links: each opportunity quotes the sentence, with the words to link highlighted.
Internal linking tips
- Link from relevant pages. A guide about panel cleaning linking to your maintenance service makes sense to readers and search engines.
- Use descriptive link text. "Solar panel maintenance" says more than "click here".
- Give new pages links soon. A page nothing links to is hard to find, even if it is in your sitemap.
Frequently Asked Questions
We read your sitemap and then up to 100 of your pages. On each page we check whether it already links to the page you want to rank, and we look for the keyword in the page's text outside existing links. Pages that mention the keyword but do not link to your page are link opportunities; we quote the sentence so you can turn those words into a link.
Internal links help search engines find your pages and understand what each one is about, and they send readers to related content. A page with links from relevant pages, using descriptive link text, is easier for search engines to understand than one nothing links to.
A few relevant ones. One or two links from pages that genuinely discuss the topic are worth more than a link from every page. Use natural link text that describes the target page.
No page we read mentions the exact phrase without already linking. Try a shorter or more common phrase (for example 'solar panels' instead of 'best solar panels in Jaipur'), or read 100 pages instead of 50. Sites without a sitemap only give us the pages linked from the homepage.
No. We read the page when you click the button, send the results to your browser and keep nothing. The tool is free with no sign-up; each visitor can run a limited number of checks in a short period.
