Choose your software.
Compare managed support.
Blog SEO starts at $99/mo, Local SEO is $49/mo, and Social starts at $49/mo. Compare software tiers below, or review managed plans if you want service support. Confirm billing, included work and approval responsibilities before choosing.
Compare the work you need.
Then compare the total cost.
Software, freelancers, agencies and in-house teams serve different needs. Compare the same scope, including the work your team will still handle, rather than assuming one option is always cheaper or more effective.
Pick your modules. Scale as you grow.
Choose the modules and capacity your team needs. Blog SEO connects to supported publishing platforms, Local SEO focuses on Google Business Profile, and Social supports four networks. Review access requirements and control modes before setup.

The managed cards describe advertised inclusions, not a guarantee of rankings or leads. Confirm locations, accounts, review-response responsibilities, website maintenance limits and total payment commitment in your proposal. Review the managed-service workflow. Signing up creates a software account; managed services require separately agreed scope and terms.
Growth Complete: billing and minimum commitment
Monthly billing has a three-month minimum term. Annual billing prepays twelve months. Compare the total commitment as well as the payment schedule; these terms apply to Growth Complete, not every software module or managed plan.
| Billing option | Advertised payment | Minimum term | Minimum service fees |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly | $1,299 per month | 3 months | $3,897 across three monthly payments |
| Annual prepayment | $12,990 per year | 12 months | $12,990 prepaid |
Confirm whether taxes or separately agreed additions change the total before paying. Review the invoice currency, scope, renewal, cancellation and refund provisions in your written proposal. Creating a free software account does not activate a managed engagement.
Separate delivery capacity from business results.
A plan defines the work available. Rankings, traffic and qualified enquiries depend on more than publishing volume.
Plan useful content.
Choose topics your audience needs and check existing coverage before adding pages. More articles alone do not establish topical authority or AI citations.
Keep review ownership.
Provide accurate business facts, check drafts and choose publishing controls. Include setup and review time when comparing software with managed support.
Measure actual outcomes.
Record a baseline, then review search performance and qualified enquiries alongside completed work. There is no guaranteed ranking position or result timeline.
Compare the full cost.
Include subscription or service fees, internal review time, additional accounts and any annual prepayment. Compare written proposals for equivalent scope.
Ask what a report actually measures.
Review the managed-service scope and reporting information with their limitations. Search clicks and impressions are not lead or revenue counts, and a screenshot alone does not show what caused a change.
Things buyers ask.

How long until I see results?
There is no guaranteed timeline for rankings, traffic or leads. Agree a delivery schedule and measurement baseline, then review completed work separately from business outcomes. Competition, existing content, technical access and review quality can affect results.
Do I need to write anything?
The software can prepare drafts, but your team still needs to supply accurate business facts and review the work. Choose approve-first, manual or autopilot controls to fit your workflow. For managed services, agree who checks claims, handles corrections and approves publication.
Can I cancel anytime?
Software subscriptions and managed services have different terms. Check the cancellation deadline, renewal, refund eligibility and any annual prepayment before purchase. For managed support, confirm the minimum term and total commitment in your proposal; monthly billing does not necessarily mean you can cancel after one month.
What CMS platforms do you support?
The publishing feature lists WordPress.com, self-hosted WordPress, Webflow, Ghost, Shopify (beta), Zepio, webhooks/headless and deploy hooks. Review the publishing options and confirm your platform, permissions and required fields before choosing a plan. Having an API does not by itself establish compatibility; test your connection and approval workflow before enabling scheduled publishing.
How do I confirm a bundle price?
Choose the modules and capacity you need, then confirm bundle eligibility and the final amount in your account before subscribing. Check whether any discount applies to your billing period and selected tiers, whether it combines with annual billing, and what renewals will cost. This page shows individual module prices, not a combined checkout quote. Contact hello@thestacc.com if the offer or total is unclear.
How is this different from hiring a freelancer or agency?
Self-serve software gives your team tools to operate; managed support adds agreed service work. A freelancer or agency may provide a different scope or specialist expertise. Compare deliverables, review responsibilities, relevant work samples and total cost rather than assuming a universal price or output advantage.
