The right Miami SEO company is the one whose written scope matches work your organization cannot complete internally. An audit, code deployment, content production, authority work, Business Profile operations, citations, website changes, CRO, paid media, analytics, and sales reporting are separate jobs. Two proposals can both say “full service” while assigning different responsibility.

This guide uses current official pages to compare operating location and public service scope, then keeps the important unknown beside each provider. A Miami street line is useful operating evidence, but it is neither a quality grade nor a ranking advantage for the client. WEBRIS publishes a Miami-headquarters label without a current first-party street line; OptFirst is in North Miami rather than Miami city. No universal winner exists.

Publisher disclosure

theStacc publishes this comparison and owns the managed Content SEO and Local SEO services shown first. theStacc works remotely, is not a Miami, Miami-Dade County, Greater Miami, South Florida, or Florida agency, and has no verified Miami or Florida office. Its first placement is promotional and is not an independent number-one finding. The independently ordered Miami comparison begins with Alphametic at position two. We froze the eligibility and evaluation rules before ordering providers, used current official pages for service and location facts, and did not test every service or independently verify vendor-authored results. Confirm current scope, staffing, ownership, pricing, and terms directly with each provider.

The Miami shortlist in context

Short answer

theStacc is the publisher-owned remote promotional pick for a bounded managed content and connected-Business-Profile workflow and sits outside the independent evaluation. The independent order begins with Alphametic for an SEO-first technical, content, local, SEM, and AI-search scope. White Shark Media combines Miami and Managua delivery with local, ecommerce, paid, web, and reporting categories. Avenue Z is the broad integrated search, PR, commerce, and data option. Solved Puzzle and Pacific54 connect SEO to web and local work. WEBRIS is legal-only with distributed delivery. OptFirst is the North Miami regional option.

  1. theStacc — A bounded managed content or connected-Google-Business-Profile workflow when another named owner covers technical, citation, authority, website, recovery, and sales-measurement work.
  2. Alphametic — Buyers connecting technical SEO, content, local search, paid search, conversion tracking, and carefully defined AI-search work.
  3. White Shark Media — Local, multi-location, ecommerce, or service buyers coordinating SEO with paid media, website work, and reporting.
  4. Avenue Z — Larger, ecommerce, fintech or finance, technology, consumer, hospitality, or regulated organizations connecting search with content, PR, commerce, CRO, and data.
  5. Solved Puzzle — Local or ecommerce buyers coordinating technical, content, local, website, conversion, paid, or lifecycle work.
  6. Pacific54 — Organizations connecting SEO to website support, accessibility, paid media, email, ecommerce, lead generation, education, or public-sector work.
  7. WEBRIS — Law firms considering legal-specific organic, local, website, paid-media, and lead-tracking work.
  8. OptFirst — Buyers open to a North Miami regional provider coordinating technical, content, local, website, paid-media, and tracking work.

What Miami changes about the scope

The Census Vintage 2025 city file identifies Miami city under state-place key 12-45000 and reports a July 1, 2025 estimate of 489,812 residents. QuickFacts provides the official city context. Population identifies the place; it does not establish keyword demand, ranking difficulty, campaign value, or provider quality.

The City of Miami's ACCESS Miami material documents small-business support, financial tools, a data dashboard, and a Business Solutions guide. Its doing-business and procurement pages document vendor registration, contracts, and solicitations. These facts support questions about business stage, stakeholder access, procurement, reporting, and approvals; they do not prove SEO demand.

The Miami DDA April 2025 study is explicitly about Downtown, not the whole city. It records employment across professional and technical services, finance and insurance, accommodation and food, transportation and warehousing, administrative support, government, retail, health care, and real estate. Use those categories to ask whether qualified legal, financial, health, public-sector, accessibility, privacy, multilingual, or other expert review is required—not to assign expertise to a provider.

Define whether conversion means a qualified call or form, appointment, reservation, order, RFQ, procurement response, application, or complex B2B opportunity. If owned audience and customer evidence supports content in English, Spanish, or another language, name both the native-language reviewer and any subject expert. A Miami address does not itself establish language demand.

Miami city is not synonymous with North Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Aventura, Doral, Hialeah, Miami Gardens, Fort Lauderdale, Miami-Dade County, Greater Miami, South Florida, Jacksonville, or statewide Florida. Serving a place does not prove an office there. Define real locations and service areas rather than creating thin pages that swap municipal names.

How providers became eligible

We observed US-English results for four Miami SEO service and company queries on August 10, 2026. Independent candidates needed current official evidence for substantive SEO scope, a precise Miami or regional relationship, and a live contact path. Directories, reviews, ratings, awards, testimonials, cases, snippets, maps, social profiles, and roundups were discovery material only. They did not establish address, quality, price, results, or order.

The frozen dimensions were location and delivery; technical and site implementation; content and authority; local and Business Profile work; measurement, ownership, and handoff; supported fit; and unresolved method or commercial risk. No rating, live search position, provider result, price, count, package, cadence, timeline, contract, or assurance influenced order. theStacc was excluded from independent evaluation.

Miami, neighboring municipalities, Miami-Dade, Greater Miami, South Florida, Jacksonville, and statewide Florida intent remain separate. Search volume, keyword difficulty, CPC, and trend were unavailable. The route-level Search Console export was also unavailable from this research record—not zero, and not because this is a new page. Search features were not captured reproducibly.

Several candidates remain held or excluded. On The Map Marketing's current contact page visibly publishes 1 SE 3rd Ave Suite 2050 while its embedded structured data says 200 SE 1st Street, Suite 502; neither was silently chosen. Outsmart Labs' official host was not reliably reachable. Wegacha's current domain no longer presents a comparable agency record. Rizen lacked comparable recurring SEO responsibilities. Optimum7, Heyday, and Absolute Web require precise municipal labels and current task detail. National and Miami-branded landing pages lacking complete first-party entity, location, contact, and scope evidence were not used to fill the list.

Eight SEO provider options for Miami buyers

This is a frozen editorial fit order, not a universal quality ranking. Missing public detail is an item to confirm, not proof that a provider cannot do the work. Each limitation stays beside its provider. Location can affect meetings and delivery, but it is not a client-ranking advantage.

02
Alphametic
Independent SEO-first option with a published Miami street line · 150 SE 2nd Ave Suite 1411, Miami, FL 33131; current official contact path available.

Best-supported fit: Buyers connecting technical SEO, content, local search, paid search, conversion tracking, and carefully defined AI-search work.

Official pages document technical auditing, backlink and error review, keyword and funnel planning, content strategy, digital copywriting, on-page work, reporting, and AI-search or GEO categories. Local material adds site and mobile work, local keywords and location content, business listings, Google Business Profile information and images, and review-management strategy. SEM and conversion tracking appear as related service categories.

An audit and action plan do not prove direct code deployment. Assign production access, technical implementation, content authorship and approval, local listing and profile changes, review activity, AI-search deliverables, conversion tracking, analytics administration, release QA, and final acceptance in the proposal.

Local keywords, location content, mobile and site work, listings, Business Profile information and images, and review strategy are documented. Require a legitimate-location rule, buyer-controlled profile access, listing sources, review-policy controls, and distinct useful local content.

Limitation

Awards, testimonials, rankings, percentages, results, ROI, superlatives, and vendor-authored outcomes are excluded. Link work, direct deployment, Miami staffing, analytics and raw exports, account ownership, price, term, cancellation, and exit remain unresolved.

Most important confirmation

One responsibility matrix assigning technical, content, links, profiles, listings, reviews, AI-search, tracking, account control, and exit.

White Shark Media
Independent multi-office option with Miami and Managua locations · 25 SW 9th St CU-7, Miami, FL 33131; official material also publishes a Managua, Nicaragua office. The proposal-level delivery split is unverified.

Best-supported fit: Local, multi-location, ecommerce, or service buyers coordinating SEO with paid media, website work, and reporting.

Official pages document national, local, and ecommerce SEO; audits; keyword research; on-site and off-site content; link work; citations and listing updates; review monitoring; local content; Google Business Profile work; conversion tracking; and reporting. Separate pages name website development, landing pages, paid search, and social categories.

Require the Miami-versus-Managua delivery map, employment or subcontracting status, any white-label role, language-review capacity, production access, technical deployment, content ownership and approvals, profile and listing access, analytics administration, account roles, release QA, and handoff. A language selector does not establish an assigned native-language reviewer.

Citations, listings, review monitoring, local content, links, Business Profile work, and conversion tracking are named. Document sources, permissions, review-response rules, distinct-location requirements, correction and removal processes, and buyer administration.

Limitation

Counts, years, advertising-spend claims, cases, results, awards, partners, testimonials, prices, budgets, rankings, and outcomes are excluded. Reviewed web material separates SEO, hosting, and domain work from some website packages, so the proposal cannot imply every category is bundled.

Most important confirmation

Miami/Managua staffing and subcontracting plus implementation, language review, local and link rules, account ownership, exports, terms, and exit.

04
Avenue Z
Independent integrated-agency option with a published Miami office · 2 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33131; official pages also list New York and Orlando.

Best-supported fit: Larger, ecommerce, fintech or finance, technology, consumer, hospitality, or regulated organizations connecting search with content, PR, commerce, CRO, and data.

Official scope names keyword strategy, on-page work, technical speed, mobile and crawl work, links and off-page work, audits, reporting, content optimization, local search, and AI-search categories. Adjacent pages add content production, strategic communications, digital PR and media, CRO, paid media, Shopify and web design or development, commerce, and data or attribution.

Separate classic SEO, AI-search experimentation, PR, commerce, paid, and development work. Assign code deployment, content and regulated review, link and media qualification, payment disclosure, local profile and citation work, testing, measurement, data access, release responsibility, and acceptance.

Local search is named, but a normalized Business Profile, citation, review, multi-location, and local-page task set is not established for a comparable proposal. Itemize these tasks rather than inheriting them from a broad services menu.

Limitation

Awards, cases, statistics, proprietary-model outcomes, AI-ranking assertions, superlatives, and performance claims are excluded. Exact Miami staffing, direct deployment, account ownership, price, term, cancellation, and exit are unresolved. The integrated scope may exceed an SEO-only brief.

Most important confirmation

The split among classic SEO, AI search, PR, commerce and paid, including deployment, local tasks, link or media rules, data ownership, and exit.

Best-supported fit: Buyers open to a North Miami regional provider coordinating technical, content, local, website, paid-media, and tracking work.

Related official material names WordPress and website development, PPC or Google Ads, paid social, and social categories.

Review theStacc's documented content and connected-Business-Profile scope and exclusions before deciding whether it covers the work.

Compare responsibility, not a score

This table summarizes current official evidence and the most important unknown. “Named” means a capability appears on an official page, not that every proposal includes it. Proposal-level staffing, cadence, and task assignment remain unverified. Missing evidence remains unresolved instead of becoming an unsupported yes or no. How to scope a Miami SEO engagement

Make the work, implementation, location, measurement, ownership, language review, and exit terms comparable before choosing a provider category.

Define the work before choosing the category

Separate discovery and audit, technical implementation, on-page work, content, internal linking, authority or digital PR, Business Profile operations, citations, reviews, location pages, website work, CRO, paid media, CRM coordination, analytics, reporting, and handoff. Then document Miami city, specific municipalities, multiple Miami-Dade locations, Greater Miami, South Florida, Jacksonville, statewide, or multi-location coverage; legitimate locations; CMS and ecommerce platform; regulated or YMYL review; accessibility, procurement, security, privacy, and multilingual approval; internal engineering capacity; and buying cycle.

Turn labels into accepted artifacts. “Content” can mean topics, briefs, drafts, expert review, native-language review, design, CMS publishing, updates, or distribution. “Local SEO” can mean profile fields, posts, citations, duplicates, reviews, local pages, eligibility support, or tracking. Record the deliverable, system, owner, approver, acceptance test, and exclusion for each.

Verify location without making it a quality score

Check an exact Miami street, North Miami or other municipal base, Miami-Dade or Greater Miami service area, South Florida coverage, statewide claim, mail point, and remote delivery separately. Ask where assigned staff work, whether clients can meet there, which subcontractors or global teams contribute, and which legal entity invoices. White Shark Media publishes Miami and Managua locations; WEBRIS describes distributed delivery without a current public street; OptFirst publishes North Miami. Those distinctions must survive the proposal.

An agency address does not improve the client's local result. Google says local results are mainly based on relevance, distance, and prominence. Distance concerns the searched business and searcher—not its SEO provider.

Make implementation responsibility explicit

Name who changes templates, code, speed, canonicals, redirects, schema, crawl rules, internal links, copy, Business Profile fields and posts, citations, review workflows, local pages, links and PR, analytics tags, forms, reservations or ecommerce events, call tracking, CRM stages, and dashboards. Record access, approver, native-language and subject review, delivery owner, staging, QA, release method, rollback, escalation, and acceptance.

Ask which work is performed by employees, partners, contractors, subcontractors, offshore, or distributed teams and what changes after the sales handoff. An audit diagnoses work; it becomes implementation only when someone has production access, authority, a delivery commitment, and an acceptance standard. Website capability on a menu does not establish that development is included in recurring SEO.

Require a measurement dictionary

Define metrics before opening a dashboard. Search Console clicks and impressions are not analytics sessions. Define owned-analytics organic sessions, engaged visits and events, qualified forms and calls, appointments, reservations, applications, orders, RFQs, spam, duplicates, existing customers, booked opportunities, CRM stages, branded versus non-branded demand, baseline date, attribution window, call-recording consent, reporting cadence, annotations, data gaps, and export format. Reconcile inquiries with qualified pipeline instead of counting every submission as a lead.

State what cannot be assigned causally. Brand demand, paid campaigns, seasonal patterns, site releases, competitors, search changes, sales response, procurement cycles, and offline activity overlap. Reporting can document patterns and contribution without proving one SEO task caused every appointment, order, opportunity, or sale.

Protect ownership, language review, and exit

The buyer should control the domain, DNS, hosting, CMS, repository and code, Search Console, Analytics, Tag Manager, Business Profiles, citations and listings, call tracking, ads, CRM, forms, reservation or ecommerce systems, content, creative, landing pages, integrations, dashboards, and raw exports. Give providers role-based access instead of transferring the core account.

For multilingual work, identify the intended audience and conversion path, then assign a qualified native-language reviewer and any necessary legal, financial, health, technical, or other subject expert. A translated page or bilingual site menu is not proof of review capacity. Document cancellation, unfinished work, licenses, backups, exports, migration, deletion, retained copies, credential rotation, access revocation, tracking-number transfer, listing treatment, and post-exit support.

Red flags and buying mistakes

  1. Promised outcomes or timing. Reject assured rankings, Map Pack placement, AI citations, traffic, calls, leads, revenue, ROI, or a fixed result date. No provider controls search systems, competitors, searcher distance, approvals, or every site dependency.
  2. False local presentation. A Miami page without a verifiable city office needs an honest regional or remote label. North Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Aventura, Greater Miami, South Florida, Jacksonville, or statewide service is not a Miami-city office.
  3. Silenced conflicts. Keep On The Map Marketing's two current official Miami lines unresolved. Do not use a directory or preferred schema field to choose one.
  4. Uncomparable proof. Scores, stars, ratings, results, awards, prices, counts, cases, packages, and timelines do not belong in a side-by-side comparison without equivalent definitions and approved evidence.
  5. “Full service” without owners. Require a matrix for strategy, code, copy, profiles, citations, reviews, local pages, authority, measurement, approvals, and handoff. An audit or roadmap is not implementation.
  6. Hidden delivery dependencies. Ask about Miami, Managua, distributed, offshore, subcontracted, and white-label roles plus billing entity, escalation, and the sales-to-delivery handoff.
  7. Language without evidence. Do not infer English or Spanish demand from a Miami address. Require owned audience evidence and qualified native-language and subject-matter review.
  8. Risky methods without controls. Links, citations, reviews, Q&A, geo photos, disavow work, and location pages need source, policy, editorial, payment, monitoring, correction, removal, and risk rules.
  9. Doorway-style pages. Do not publish thin neighborhood, municipal, regional, Jacksonville, or statewide pages that swap place names or make unsupported office and demand claims.
  10. Vendor-owned assets. Keep buyer administration of domains, hosting, code, analytics, profiles, listings, call tracking, CRM, content, creative, ads, and data.
  11. Undefined dashboards. Require metric definitions, source access, raw exports, baselines, attribution limits, annotations, spam and duplicate filtering, and qualified-outcome reconciliation.
  12. Hidden publisher interest. A publisher-owned placement needs prominent disclosure before the list, on its card, in the table, and in the related FAQ.

Frequently asked questions

SEO services should be separated into discovery and audit, technical implementation, on-page work, content, internal links, authority or digital PR, local and Google Business Profile work, website or CRO changes, analytics, reporting, and handoff. Not every buyer needs every stream, and a service category does not prove that the agency deploys the work. Require a responsibility matrix naming deliverables, implementers, buyer dependencies, approval owners, acceptance criteria, measurement, ownership, and exclusions.

This comparison does not publish a market range because current first-party sources did not establish comparable Miami packages. Cost changes with site size and platform, technical debt, content and expert-review needs, number of legitimate locations, authority work, analytics integration, implementation responsibility, languages, and contract structure. Compare normalized deliverables, staffing, implementation, ownership, term, cancellation, and exit rather than an unverified headline price. Require a written scope before comparing proposals.

There is no defensible fixed timeline for every business. Timing depends on the site's crawl and indexing state, technical debt, competition, existing authority, content gaps, legitimate local footprint, approvals, developer capacity, release schedules, and search-system changes. Ask for dated milestones the provider controls—such as audit delivery, implementation batches, content approvals, profile work, and reporting—rather than a promised ranking date. Separate task completion from outcomes the provider cannot control.

No. A Miami office can make meetings, local coordination, or vendor access more convenient, but the agency's address does not improve the client's rankings. Google's local guidance describes results primarily through relevance, distance, and prominence as they apply to the searched-for business and searcher. Verify whether a provider is in Miami city, a neighboring municipality, regional, or remote, then choose based on delivery scope, staffing, communication, implementation, ownership, and fit.

Miami SEO can refer specifically to Miami city, while Greater Miami may include multiple municipalities and a wider service footprint. North Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Aventura, Doral, and other municipalities are not Miami neighborhoods or interchangeable office labels. Define where customers are genuinely served, which eligible locations have Business Profiles, who approves local claims, and whether each location page contains distinct useful information. Do not manufacture city pages or office claims to cover a broader region.

Local SEO focuses on legitimate location or service-area signals such as Google Business Profile work, local pages, citations, reviews, and local measurement. Full-service SEO may also include crawling and indexing, templates and code, on-page content, internal links, authority work, website changes, CRO, analytics, and sometimes paid or creative services. “Full service” is not a deliverable list. Ask who performs each task, what is excluded, and which accounts and assets the buyer controls.

Only when the business's actual audiences, owned customer information, search data, service capacity, and approval process support it. A Miami address does not by itself prove that Spanish content is needed, and a translated page does not prove native-language or subject-matter quality. Define the intended audience and conversion path, then assign a qualified language reviewer and, for regulated or technical subjects, an appropriate expert reviewer. Avoid thin translated or city-swapped pages.

Define Search Console clicks and impressions with page and query filters, owned analytics organic sessions and events, qualified calls and forms, appointments, orders, RFQs or booked opportunities, spam and duplicate rules, CRM stages, baseline dates, attribution windows, and reporting cadence. The buyer should control the source accounts and raw exports. Reporting should also state what cannot be causally assigned because seasonality, brand activity, competitors, sales handling, platform changes, and search changes affect outcomes.

No provider controls search systems, competitors, searcher location, or every implementation dependency. Google advises that nobody can guarantee a number-one ranking, and its local guidance explains that relevance, distance, and prominence influence local results. Ask providers for controllable deliverables, transparent methods, policy and risk rules, measurement definitions, and realistic dependencies. Treat guaranteed rankings, Map Pack placement, traffic, calls, leads, revenue, ROI, or a fixed outcome timeline as a red flag.

theStacc is first because the publisher requires a clearly disclosed promotional placement for its own remote managed Content SEO and Local SEO workflows. It is not a Miami or Florida agency, has no verified Miami office, and was not evaluated as the independent number-one provider. The independent Miami order begins with Alphametic. Buyers should review theStacc’s bounded documented scope and exclusions separately from the broader agency comparison.

Search volume, keyword difficulty, CPC, trend, and the route-level Search Console export were unavailable, not zero.

White Shark Media remains labelled as a Miami/Managua operator with an unverified proposal-level delivery split. WEBRIS retains its Miami-headquarters, distributed-team, no-current-first-party-street label. OptFirst remains North Miami regional rather than a Miami-city office. Held and excluded candidates stay outside the comparison because their required current evidence was incomplete or conflicting. Ritik Namdev is assigned accountable reviewer and maintenance owner, but final evidence and editorial sign-off remains pending. This page makes no completed human-review, individual-author, reviewedBy, or Person-schema claim.

Choose the scope before the agency

If you need a bounded managed content and connected Google Business Profile workflow, review theStacc's documented scope and exclusions. If you need technical implementation, citations, digital PR or link acquisition, a website or ecommerce rebuild, multilingual expert review, regulated content, paid media, enterprise data, or a broader marketing stack, shortlist Miami or accurately labelled regional providers whose official scope covers those jobs. Put every responsibility, account, approval, measurement definition, term, and exit deliverable in writing.
