Managed Google Business Profile operations

Google Business Profile management, operated for you.

theStacc runs the supported post, Google review reply, profile-audit, and publishing workflow for an eligible connected profile. A dedicated manager coordinates the work while your business stays the source of truth.

Eligibility: your profile must already be claimed and verified by Google, with access available for a supported connection.

Illustrative workflow—not a Google result or performance claim.

Compare the scope, not just the monthly fee.

Questions to ask when comparing managed-service quotes
What to compareWhat to ask for in writing
Work includedNamed tasks, delivery quantities, supported accounts and locations, and exclusions. Distinguish software access from work the provider manages.
Total commitmentBilling period, minimum term, setup charges, optional extras, renewal terms, and cancellation notice. A monthly price alone does not establish a month-to-month contract.
Review and approvalsWho checks business claims, who approves changes, who publishes, and what happens when approval is delayed. Identify work that needs your own specialist or developer.
Reporting and evidenceData sources, reporting periods, and the method for distinguishing completed work from visibility and qualified enquiries. Ask what any case study actually proves.
Ownership and handoverContent rights, account access, hosting responsibilities, export options, and the handover process if the engagement ends.

For theStacc, review current plan options and confirm your scope and terms before purchase. The SEO service preparation checklist explains what to bring to a discussion. This table is a buying checklist, not a statement that every task is included.

Scope before promises

Profile work with a defined edge.

“Managed” means the team operates this supported workflow. It does not silently expand into every service associated with local search or Google listings.

Included

The profile workflow we can operate

  • GBP post operations

Plan, draft, review, schedule, and publish posts for an eligible connected profile, with supported images and customer-approved facts.

  • Google review replies

Sync at documented triggers, prepare sentiment-aware replies, refine them, and publish only when the profile match is unambiguous.

  • Profile-audit findings

Run the documented 0–100 audit and turn its specific findings into visible priorities without promising that every field is changed for you.

  • Supporting visibility records

Review weekly per-keyword Google Maps, Local Pack, and organic history as reporting signals—not as proof that one action caused movement.

Not included

Adjacent work outside this service

  • Citations, NAP cleanup, directory submissions, listing syndication, or duplicate-listing suppression

  • Geo-grid, map-grid, heat-map, or pin-level rank tracking

  • Location or city landing pages, website technical SEO, link building, or paid ads

  • GBP Q&A monitoring or answering, and bulk gallery, product, menu, service, or video management

  • Profile claiming, verification, ownership transfer, reinstatement, suspension recovery, or appeal representation

  • Full-field listing remediation or a promise to complete every profile-audit finding

  • Monitoring or replying on Yelp, Facebook, TripAdvisor, or other non-Google review networks

  • Sending review requests by SMS, WhatsApp, email, or CRM; review removal, gating, filtering, or incentives

  • Guaranteed Google approval, rankings, calls, reviews, leads, revenue, rating changes, or timelines

Who it fits

For eligible profiles that need an operator—not another checklist.

The service fits when access already exists and the missing piece is accountable execution of a bounded workflow.

01

Single location

A profile that needs an accountable operator

Your profile is already claimed and verified, but post and reply work keeps slipping behind more urgent customer work.

02

Multiple locations

Separate context for each connected profile

Each location needs its own business facts, review queue, publishing control, and supporting visibility record within current limits.

03

Lean team

Managed execution without handing over the truth

You want theStacc to operate the supported workflow while your team remains the source of truth for services, offers, and approvals.

The managed process

Access, context, operation, review.

Your manager coordinates the supported work. You keep profile ownership, approve the business facts, and retain the publishing control agreed for each location.

Connection, not ownership

Authorization lets the workflow work with the selected profile. theStacc does not own it, see your Google password, or resolve Google account and policy disputes.

  1. 01

    Confirm eligibility and access

Start with an existing profile that is already claimed and verified by Google. Connect through supported authorization and select the correct location.

  2. 02

    Approve the operating context

Review services, location facts, tone, seasonal inputs, real offers, and exclusions before they guide any post or reply.

  3. 03

    Run the post workflow

Prepare posts and supported per-post images, apply integrity and policy checks, and use the agreed manual, approval-first, or autopilot control.

  4. 04

    Handle Google review replies

Sync reviews at documented triggers, draft and refine a response, and publish only when matching and policy checks are clear.

  5. 05

    Review the supported signals

Use post and reply status, audit findings, weekly per-keyword history, and agreed reporting to choose the next supported action.

The operating lanes

Two recurring jobs. One controlled profile workflow.

Posts and Google replies stay grounded in approved business context, with separate safeguards for each surface.

Lane 01 · GBP posts

Plan → Check → Publish

Keep post work moving without inventing the business.

theStacc can plan and prepare posts with a supported per-post image. Customer-approved facts, real offer details, policy filters, duplicate checks, and configured compliance gates shape what can publish.

  • 01 Approved location and business context
  • 02 Draft, image, CTA, and integrity checks
  • 03 Manual, approval-first, or autopilot control
Explore Google Business Profile posts →

Lane 02 · Google reviews

Sync → Draft → Match

Prepare a relevant reply, then protect the public send.

Google reviews sync during onboarding, on demand, and when the dashboard identifies stale data. Replies can be edited or regenerated, and direct publishing stops when the matching evidence is ambiguous.

  • 01 Google-only review queue and status
  • 02 Sentiment-aware draft using approved context
  • 03 Conservative match before direct publishing

Review acquisition stays with your team.

The product can provide a Google review link, QR code, and request templates. theStacc does not send the request, filter recipients, offer incentives, or remove negative reviews.

Deliverables and controls

The operating agreement, made visible.

Each workstream has a team operation, a customer control, and a product or service limit. Allowances and manager cadence are confirmed separately.

DeliverableTeam operationYour controlVisible limit
Profile connection Select and connect the eligible Google profile, then check connection health before publishing. You grant supported access and retain ownership of the profile. The profile must already be claimed and verified; no recovery or appeals.
Business context Organize location facts, services, voice, seasonal inputs, real offers, and content exclusions. You review and correct the facts used by the workflow. This does not rewrite every public listing field.
GBP posts Plan, draft, check, schedule, and publish posts with one supported image when configured. Use manual, approval-first, or autopilot publishing as agreed. No invented prices, discounts, promo codes, deadlines, testimonials, or events.
Google review replies Sync, draft, edit or regenerate, check, and publish a reply when the match is unambiguous. Supply context and keep the agreed approval control. Google only; no removal, gating, incentives, or response guarantee.
Profile audit Run the 0–100 audit and organize its specific findings into reviewable priorities. Choose which supported priorities to address next. A score is not a rank forecast, and not every finding is automatically fixed.
Visibility history Record selected keywords weekly across Google Maps, Local Pack, and organic positions. Review the keywords and recorded history. Per-keyword history, not a geo-grid or causal attribution report.
Manager coordination Coordinate the supported workflow, QA, strategy, and reporting agreed for the engagement. Review priorities, ask questions, and change direction. Cadence, locations, allowances, and service levels are confirmed separately.

None of these paths adds citations, geo-grid tracking, GBP Q&A, bulk gallery management, verification, reinstatement, suspension appeals, or guaranteed outcomes.

Audit and visibility

See profile work and recorded signals without a performance fiction.

The profile audit turns supported checks into specific findings. Weekly keyword history records Maps, Local Pack, and organic positions separately. Both help structure review; neither guarantees what Google will do next.

Evidence before outcomes

Judge the operation by what it can show.

This page does not use customer logos, quotes, star ratings, or case results as a substitute for evidence. The proof is the visible process and the states the current workflow can record.

01

Connection and control

Selected-profile status, connection health, and configured publishing control remain inspectable.

02

Reviewable work

Post drafts, reply states, checks, holds, and publish results make the operation visible.

03

Recorded findings

Audit findings and weekly history show what was observed without assigning unsupported causation.

Decision FAQ

Settle the scope before the profile is connected.

Direct answers about eligibility, operation, controls, visibility, and where the managed service stops.

What is included in Google Business Profile management services?

theStacc can operate supported GBP post planning and publishing, Google review reply work, profile-audit findings, publishing controls, and supporting weekly per-keyword visibility history for an eligible connected profile. The exact manager cadence and allowances are confirmed for the engagement.

Does my Google Business Profile need to be claimed and verified first?

Yes. The profile must already be claimed and verified by Google, and you must have access that allows it to be connected through the supported authorization flow. theStacc does not claim or verify the profile for you.

How is this different from managed Local SEO and the Local SEO module?

This service is the narrow operator for an eligible Google profile. Managed Local SEO owns the broader verified local program, including wider local keyword and multi-location decisions. The Local SEO module is the self-serve path where your team operates the product workflow directly.

Does theStacc edit every profile field or fix every audit finding?

No. theStacc can run the profile audit and organize its supported findings into priorities, but this page does not promise a complete listing rewrite, direct editing of every public field, or completion of every recommendation.

Can theStacc verify, reinstate, or appeal a suspended profile?

No. Claiming, Google verification, ownership transfer, reinstatement, suspension recovery, and appeal representation are outside this service.

Does the service include citations, geo-grid tracking, Q&A, or bulk photo management?

No. Citation and NAP work, directories, geo-grid or heat-map tracking, GBP Q&A, and bulk gallery management are not included. The supported image workflow is limited to an image attached to an eligible GBP post.

How are GBP posts reviewed and published?

Posts use approved business context and real offer or event details, then pass integrity, Google-policy, duplicate, and configured compliance checks. A location can use manual, approval-first, or autopilot controls as configured. Google acceptance is not guaranteed.

How are Google reviews synced and answered?

Google reviews sync during onboarding, on demand, and when the dashboard identifies stale data. theStacc can prepare a personalized reply for review, editing, or regeneration, and direct publishing proceeds only when the profile match is unambiguous.

Does theStacc send review requests or remove negative reviews?

No. theStacc does not send review requests through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or a CRM, and it does not remove, suppress, gate, incentivize, or filter reviews. Product-generated links, QR codes, and templates remain assets your team sends through its own tools.

Can the service support multiple locations?

The product supports separate location workflows within current plan and managed-operations limits. Each location keeps its own eligible profile connection, business context, review work, post controls, and visibility history. Confirm the applicable allowance before service begins.

What profile and ranking information can I see?

You can see supported post and reply states, the 0–100 profile audit and its findings, and weekly per-keyword Google Maps, Local Pack, and organic history. This is not a geo-grid, and recorded movement does not prove that one managed action caused it.

Does theStacc guarantee Map Pack rankings, calls, reviews, leads, or revenue?

No. Google approval, rankings, calls, reviews, leads, revenue, ratings, and timelines depend on factors outside theStacc’s control. The service operates and reports on the documented workflow; it does not guarantee outcomes.
