Billing & Plans

theStacc uses module-specific subscriptions. Each module (Content SEO, Local SEO, Social Media) has its own plan and billing.

Trial periods

Each module offers a free trial (typically 7-14 days). During your trial:

• Full access to all module features
• Days remaining shown on your dashboard
• No credit card required to start
• Upgrade to a paid plan anytime

Subscription status

Your subscription can be in one of these states:

• Trialing - Free trial period active
• Active - Paid subscription running
• Past Due - Payment failed, action needed
• Cancelled - Subscription ended

Track all module subscriptions and their status under Settings > Billing.

Managing your subscription

Upgrading

Upgrade from trial to paid, or move to a higher plan from Settings > Billing > Change Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing.

Cancellation

Cancel any module's subscription from Settings > Billing. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Published content stays on your website - theStacc never removes it.

Billing portal

Access the Stripe billing portal to:

• Update your payment method
• View payment history
• Download invoices
• Update billing address

Invoices

Invoices are generated on your billing date and sent to the workspace owner's email. View and download past invoices from the billing portal.

Payment methods

theStacc accepts all major credit cards via Stripe. Your payment details are stored securely by Stripe - theStacc never has access to your full card number.

Project deletion

Under Settings > Billing you'll find the danger zone for project deletion. This permanently removes:

• All project data and content
• Team member access
• Active subscriptions (cancelled immediately)

This action cannot be undone.
